Customer Aquisition Rep

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Customer Acquisition Specialist. This role plays a crucial part in our growth strategy, focusing on identifying and attracting new clients and business opportunities for State Construction, LLC.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Market Research:** You will be responsible for conducting in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and growth opportunities within the construction industry.
2. **Lead Generation:** Using a mix of strategies such as outbound prospecting, digital marketing, attending industry events, and leveraging partnerships, you will generate high-quality leads for the company.
3. **Customer Engagement:** You'll initiate and nurture relationships with prospective clients, taking the time to understand their needs and how State Construction, LLC can meet and exceed their expectations.
4. **Sales and Conversion:** The role involves converting leads into valued clients by developing and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and ultimately meeting or exceeding sales targets.

**Target Audience:**

Your efforts will primarily target industries such as Storm Damaged areas, as well as geographic areas where we see potential growth, like Westlake Ohio.

**Skills and Qualifications:**

We are looking for candidates with a proven track record in customer acquisition and the following qualifications:

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the construction industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
